October Update

Time sure flies when you are busy! On November 6th, Bryce will have been home for 6 months, and we already passed his 6 month adoption anniversary on October 8th. He is quickly approaching 18 months old, so I guess now we can say he is a one and a half year old. He is doing great. He loves to play with his toys, particularly cars, trucks, and anything else with wheels. He also loves to go to the playground and slide down the slide. He can do that by himself now, and doesn't need either of us to go down with him. Although he is not saying much yet, he definitely understands English and has surprised us with some of the complex commands he has followed (like turning off the fan - we had no idea he even knew how to turn the switch). He also enjoys climbing up on chairs to sit at the table, reach the light switches, or play with the water at the sink. Although he is constantly in motion, Bryce appears to have a pretty laid back personality. He laughs a lot and loves to give hugs - of course he still has his moments like any kid his age! We will update again soon.
