Happy New Year - January Update

Christmas 2005 found us moving again. This is now the third time we have moved within a week of Christmas. It makes the holiday a bit hectic but it is a good excuse for not having a tree or decorations for both Toni and Bryce to demolish. This time we moved into our new house. Our house in Fort Collins sold much more quickly than expected, so we took the plunge and bought a house in Cleveland Heights. It is an old house, so it will be a much different experience than our last 2 houses that were brand new. It is mostly restored, but there is still plenty of work to be done. We'll post a picture soon.

Bryce seemed to enjoy Christmas, although he really didn't know what was going on. He really enjoyed his gifts and loves playing with his new cars, trucks, and trains. Next year he will probably have a much better grasp of the whole thing. Bryce is 20 months now, and it's hard to believe he is fast approaching his second birthday. He is starting to talk a little more now and will tell you what a fire engine says (he makes a siren noise). He also says mama, dada, no, and water. I can't imagine why he says water....could it have something to do with mom's job? He is still a pretty mellow kid, although he definitely has his moments where he becomes a little tornado tearing through the house! He is very entertaining, especially when he imitates everything mom and dad are doing, and he has a great sense of humor.
